These messages are sent through our delivery platform, Onfleet, and are separate from our marketing program. Message frequency varies based on your delivery schedule. Msg & data rates may apply. RCS (Rich Communication Services)

The Produce Box is registered as an RCS-verified sender. RCS is the next-generation standard for text messaging, enabling branded messages with verified sender identity, high-resolution images, interactive buttons, and read receipts on supported devices (primarily Android and newer iPhones with iOS 18+). If your device or carrier does not support RCS, messages will automatically fall back to standard SMS or MMS at no additional cost to you.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly remove it from our systems.
